Litmatch Permanent Ban on Oppo Reno 13 5G: No Reason, No Response

I am a user of the Litmatch application on an Android device (Oppo Reno 13 5G), and this morning my device suddenly received a permanent ban in the application even though I did not use any harsh or abusive words while using the platform. The ban appeared without any prior warning or clear reason while I was using Litmatch in a normal way. Because of this, I can no longer use Litmatch on my device, and I feel this penalty is unfair since I did not violate the rules, especially in terms of using offensive language. After the ban, I tried to contact Litmatch customer service to ask for clarification and assistance, but I did not receive any response. Through this complaint, I kindly request that the permanent ban on my device be removed so that I can use Litmatch again as before. I also expect a clear explanation of the reason for this ban so that similar issues do not happen again in the future.
