I Face Litmatch Ban ID Error And Need Account Review

While using the Litmatch platform, I was messaging in a completely normal and rule-compliant manner. However, on April 24, 2026, my account was suddenly permanently banned without any explanation. The only information shown on the screen was a ban ID number: 36025852. No reason, details, or clarification were provided to me.

I was using the Android app, and the ban occurred instantly while I was typing a single message. There had been no prior warning, restriction, or notice. Since I was not informed about which rule I supposedly violated, I feel both unfairly treated and seriously inconvenienced.

I request that this ban be thoroughly reviewed. If it was applied due to an error or incorrect evaluation, I demand that the ban on my account be completely removed. I want my access restored and this issue resolved as soon as possible.
