Litmatch Blocks Realme C35 Device
I have been using the Litmatch app on my Realme C35 device in Malaysia through the Google Play Store using the email address boybob****@gmail.com. Around October 15, 2025, another user posted a severe and completely unrelated insult about my mother. I reacted angrily and unfortunately replied with profanity. Immediately after this incident, my account was banned and my device was fully blocked from accessing Litmatch.
At this time, I cannot log in to Litmatch at all from my Realme C35, and I have been unable to reach any authorized support through the app or by phone. Because of that, I have not had any real opportunity to explain what happened or submit an appeal. I understand that my response may have violated the platform’s rules; however, I was first subjected to serious harassment and insults, and I believe a device-level ban that appears permanent is an extremely harsh and disproportionate penalty under these circumstances.
I respectfully request that the device restriction on my Realme C35 be removed and that my access to Litmatch be restored—either by reinstating my account linked to boybobo****@gmail.com or by allowing me to create and use a new account on the same device. I kindly ask that my case be reviewed in detail, taking into account that I was initially harassed, and that I be given another opportunity to use the platform while fully complying with the community rules.
