On the Litmatch app that I use on my Redmi Note 8 Pro, another user wrote a severe and completely unrelated insult about my mother last night. I reacted angrily and responded with profanity, and as a result, my account was banned and my device was completely blocked.
At this point, I cannot access the Litmatch app at all from my device. Since I’m unable to reach any authorized support through the app or by phone number, I haven’t had any opportunity to explain the situation or submit an appeal.
Even though I was subjected to serious harassment and insults by the other user, I am aware that my reaction may also have violated the rules. However, I believe that a device-level ban is an extremely severe penalty. I am requesting that the device restriction be lifted and that my account or device access be reactivated so I can use Litmatch again.
