I Cannot Access My Litmatch Account After an Unexpected Ban

I am writing about a problem with my Litmatch account on my iPhone. My account was banned yesterday after I logged into several accounts and apparently reached a limit, but I was not clearly informed about how long the ban will last or what exactly the penalty is. Now, whenever I try to log in, a notification appears on the screen and I cannot access the app at all. I contacted Litmatch support, but so far I have not received any response or explanation regarding my account status. I kindly request that my Litmatch account be reviewed and unbanned, and that my access rights be restored as quickly as possible, or at least that I be clearly informed about the duration and reason for the ban, so that I can continue using the app in accordance with your rules.
