I Can’t Access My Litmatch Account Because It Shows as Banned
My account on the Litmatch dating and social networking app has been showing as banned for approximately two days, and I am unable to log in or access the platform. Whenever I try to sign in, I receive a message stating that my account has been banned.
However, the notification does not provide any information about why my account was banned or how long the restriction will remain in effect. I have not been given a clear explanation, a violation notice, or any indication of when I may be able to access my account again.
The lack of information and transparency has created significant frustration and uncertainty. As a user, I believe I should be informed about the reason for any restriction placed on my account and be given clear guidance regarding the duration of the ban and any available appeal process.
I request that Litmatch provide a detailed explanation regarding the reason for the account ban, clarify whether the restriction is temporary or permanent, and inform me when my account will be restored. If possible, I would also like my account to be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can continue using the application without further interruption.
