Unable to Access My LinkedIn Premium Account After Verification Request

I am unable to access my LinkedIn Premium account, which I use daily without issues. This morning, I was asked to verify my identity with an ID. I provided the requested information, but my verification was rejected, as shown in the attached screenshot.
This situation is extremely frustrating, especially since I paid for a Premium account with limited-time benefits and now cannot use it. The inability to access my account has caused significant inconvenience.
