Lifepoints Banned My Account Claiming “Low Quality Answers” Without Proof

I’ve been completing surveys on Lifepoints for a very long time. It’s already difficult to accumulate enough points for a gift card, and now they’ve made it even harder by raising the reward thresholds. After that change, I stopped receiving surveys entirely. When I contacted customer support, they told me that my responses “did not meet quality standards” and that my account had been permanently closed. They also said I would not receive any compensation for the points I had earned over time.

I asked for proof or explanation, but none was provided. I’ve been participating in surveys for many different companies for years, so I know the rules and standards better than most. What Lifepoints has done feels like a complete disregard for users’ effort and time.

After researching online, I discovered that many others have faced the same issue, having their accounts unfairly closed and their points taken away. Please be cautious — don’t let this company take advantage of your hard work.
