I am experiencing gameplay errors and unfair bans on Lichess.org, which are preventing me from enjoying and learning chess. I make my move, but the game plays a different move on its own, and this causes me to lose games.
Sometimes, when I am forced to leave a game because of these issues, I am given a ban. Because of this, I have not been able to play or properly learn chess. I request that my complaint be forwarded to Lichess.org for review.
