Technical support is lacking for my LG refrigerator


Unfortunately, my one-year-old LG refrigerator has been nothing but trouble. Since the day I bought it, the refrigerator has been broken and has failed to provide adequate cooling. I have exhausted all of my options, but the issue persists. LG has not been helpful when I asked them to replace my broken fridge with a new one; instead, they have refused to do either. My experience with LG's customer service has been terrible and has resulted in a great deal of stress and inconvenience. No one in need of a dependable refrigerator should consider an LG. If you don't want to be stressed and upset, I strongly recommend you to look for other brands.
