Request for LG Oled65B7V Television Display Repair

I bought an LG Oled65B7V Television from Media Markt in 2017. Less than two years later, there was a problem with the screen panel, so it was replaced. The problem happened again within a year. When I reached out to LG's authorized service provider, MTV Elektronik, they told me that the warranty no longer covered it. They also mentioned that replacing the panel screen would be just as expensive as buying a brand-new TV. They suggested that it might be better to get a new one instead. I chose to keep using it without paying this expensive fee. Now, the TV is broken and the colors on the screen are all messed up. So, here's what happened: I did some digging and found out that even though the part was supposed to have a warranty for 10 years, the authorized service people gave me false information. As a result, I ended up using it for years without knowing its actual condition. I contacted LG Turkey and they said they could give me a 50% discount on the part or replace it under warranty. But when I talked to MTV Elektronik, they said they didn't know anything about it and mentioned that they would come and get the device for a service charge of 750 TL. They said they would only go ahead if LG Turkey approves it, and if they don't, the screen panel will cost a whopping 20,000 TL. If there's a warranty that covers parts for 10 years, why are they asking for a fee? Why did the person you bought the TV from trick you into using it like this for so long? Other TV manufacturers help their customers in situations like this, and they might even replace the TVs if needed. Why isn't LG supporting its customers and choosing to deceive them? I kindly ask the authorities at LG Turkey to fix the long-lasting problem I've been dealing with. I've got all the papers and files I need for this thing. If this issue isn't resolved, I'll share my complaint on all platforms.
