Our supposedly top-notch LG TV turned into literal junk in just 2.5 years. We thought we were getting quality when we opted for LG, but lo and behold, it gave up on us in no time. Someone else went for a regular brand, and their TV is still running smoothly. Meanwhile, we're in a constant struggle with repair services. Customer service insists they'll assist if it's an LED issue, as if we bought all the other parts from a different company. There's no logical explanation for this situation. Thinking about LG for any future purchases is definitely off the table for me. It's a classic case of expecting quality and getting a headache instead.
