Sugo Banned My SVIP 2 Account With No Warning – Support Ignores Me
I am an SVIP 2 supporter on Sugo. On 12 October 2026 my account and my device were permanently banned. MY MISTAKE I shared a screenshot showing another app inside Sugo. I accept this is against the policy. But it was my first time, I am a supporter not an agent, and I never had a single warning before. My complaint is about the punishment and how Sugo handled it. 1. NO WARNING A first, unintentional mistake deserves a warning, not the harshest penalty against a paying SVIP 2 user. One message would have been enough, and I would have respected it. 2. ONE MISTAKE, THE HARSHEST PENALTY The ban screen says "spam messages", while support's email says "promoting other platforms". Both refer to the same single screenshot. One image, one time, and Sugo answered with a permanent ban on my account and my device. 3. STAFF KNEW IN ADVANCE Before the ban, a VIP support agent told me my account would be closed and promised to reopen it after one week. Nothing happened. - How did he know before it happened? - If the ban was fair, why promise to reverse it? - If it was not, why apply it? 4. SUGO IGNORED ITS OWN PROCESS - 13 Oct: agent Bahaa told me to wait 7 days, then request a review. - 16 Oct: agent Evelynn said a request to unban me was raised. - 19 Oct: I submitted the review request. - 22 Oct: I followed up. Since then: silence. I am part of a large community of supporters, mostly SVIP 2. I could easily have moved users and never did. Many are watching this case, because it could happen to any of them. MY DEMANDS 1. Lift the ban. A warning is the fair penalty for a first mistake. 2. Review my case by a team other than the regional team that decided it. 3. Explain why your agent knew about the ban in advance. 4. A final written decision on my email ticket within 7 days. 5. If you keep the ban, explain in writing why a permanent ban and not a warning.
