My LG A9K Vacuum Loses Suction Constantly After Just 1 Year of Light Use

I bought the LG A9K cordless stick vacuum without doing much research, and I seriously regret it. Despite using it lightly for just one year, the vacuum constantly loses suction power and frequently switches into self-protection mode, stopping mid-use.

I took it to the authorized service center, and they simply cleaned it and sent it back. But only a month later, the exact same issue returned. Clearly, this isn’t a cleaning problem—it’s a design or hardware flaw.

I chose LG thinking it was a quality brand, but I now see that for this price, I could’ve easily bought a Dyson and avoided all this frustration. The vacuum is now basically unusable, and I’m beyond disappointed. I’m requesting a replacement unit from LG. A product with such frequent issues under light use shouldn't be failing this soon.
