My LG CordZero Shuts Down After 2 Minutes on Both Batteries Within 3 Months of Purchase

It’s been less than 3 months since I bought the LG CordZero cordless vacuum, and I'm already having serious issues. The device shuts off automatically within 2 minutes, no matter which battery I use. Both batteries trigger the same problem.

I clean the vacuum regularly and maintain it exactly as instructed, yet the issue keeps happening. If I had known the product would behave like this, I never would have purchased it. It's extremely frustrating, especially given the price I paid (₺).

Now I’m expected to send it to service, wait possibly a month, and then hear the predictable response: “There’s nothing wrong.” I’ve lost confidence in the process already.
