LG LG A9N-Lite Cordless Stick Vacuum Automatically Shuts Off

I purchased an LG cordless stick vacuum with the model a9nlıte from Media Markt. After a short period of use, the motor started to shut off automatically. We sent the product for warranty repair through Media Markt. Later, an authorized service employee informed us that a wire had entered the motor, causing it to shut off automatically for protection. Everything was fine before this happened. However, after that, they returned the product to Media Markt, claiming there was no defect. We came to pick up the product as per Media Markt's notification. When we opened the box with store employees present, it turned out that only the body with the motor, i.e., the main part, had been sent. Therefore, I express this on behalf of a dissatisfied customer. LG, I express my regret. I appeal to representatives of LG: please refund the product. My spouse and I regret buying from you. We want to return the product.
