LG TV 75QNED816 Light Leaks Happened, Replacement 75QNED916PA Has the Same Issues

I bought a TV, model 75QNED816, and it was approved for replacement due to light leaks. After 7-8 months, the replacement, a higher model 75Qned916pa, arrived on December 8, 2023, following a decision by the Consumer Arbitration Board. Despite being a newer model with mini LED technology, this TV has even more light leakage issues than the previous one. It's puzzling how a brand new device can have so many problems. These light leaks could cause further damage over time, and it's not acceptable for a reputable company like LG to provide such faulty devices. I've had 7 TV replacements before due to issues, and having this much light leakage on the latest one is abnormal. I urgently request an examination of my product and the dispatch of a new one. As a consumer, I'm questioning whether LG is sending us refurbished TVs or defective products. I've never experienced so many problems with any other company.
The product was sent for service, and the response from the LG center was that these light leaks are normal and appear brighter in pictures, having no impact on the image quality. Such issues can be seen in large screens :) :) If these issues are normal in other TVs, why were they replaced, and why did the court decide on a replacement? I guess you still consider us, the consumers, to be uninformed. There is obvious light leakage from the bottom corners of the product, so why is this issue not present at the top? If this problem occurs in large screens, it should be the same all over. Your explanation is contradictory. This TV also uses mini LED technology, so such an issue should not occur. These light leaks will eventually cause more damage to the TV and result in financial loss for me. I now request that the issue be reviewed again and that I be informed promptly. If not, I will use the rights granted to me by law and apply to the Consumer Court as I did before.
