LG 75-Inch QLED TV Light Leakage Issue - I Want a Refund Not a Replacement!
I bought an LG 75-inch QLED TV in September 2024, expecting a top-notch viewing experience, but it has become a constant source of frustration. The television exhibited light leakage, and at first, the company was unwilling to acknowledge this as a defect. After presenting my case to the Consumer Arbitration Board, which decided in my favor for a replacement, they promptly exchanged the TV. Unfortunately, the new TV arrived with the same light leakage problem. I am extremely frustrated with how this situation has unfolded. Rather than relishing my purchase, I find myself trapped in a loop of grievances and dissatisfaction. I have decided that I do not want another replacement; I am asking for a complete refund instead. It's disappointing to witness a reputable brand struggling to address such a fundamental quality concern. I trust they will manage this situation appropriately and issue the refund I rightfully deserve.
