LG TV Warranty Claim, Customer Service Not Good

I bought an LG TV with a seven-year warranty about five years ago. Recently, there have been problems with the colors on the screen. When the people from the insurance service came to look at the TV, they told me that the screen was broken, but that it wasn't covered because I hadn't bought it abroad. They offered to give me a return of 7,000 TL, which is a lot less than what the TV is worth now, which is between 30,000 and 35,000 TL. I turned down the return and asked for a new TV, but my request was turned down. Because of this, I'm thinking about going to court against the company. I feel like a victim because my guarantee is still valid and I haven't gotten good customer service or enough money to make up for it. I will stand up for my rights and make sure this problem is fixed.
