LG Refrigerator GN-H702HLHU Power Issues - Factory Defect

I purchased an LG refrigerator, model GN-H702HLHU. Two months after installation, it suddenly stopped receiving power, rendering it unusable. The service came and replaced the board, but the refrigerator still did not work. Moreover, the service technician said he did not understand the problem and that it was definitely a factory error. We informed the service that we wanted a replacement. We discussed the replacement with the service on October 31, 2023, but today is November 4, and we are still waiting for approval from the main office for the replacement. It's been 5 days already. What are they waiting for? The refrigerator is still with us. They haven't taken it back. What are they considering? There is no error in the refrigerator related to my usage. I have no violations. Furthermore, they did not provide a replacement. We have children in the house and are in a tough situation. Now, even if the main office approves the replacement, I will contact Hepsiburada, where I bought the refrigerator, and even if they send a new refrigerator, it will take at least two weeks. I will have to be without a refrigerator for about 3-4 weeks. Who will compensate for the damage caused by spoiled products in the refrigerator? Why can't the large company LG provide me with even a temporary refrigerator during this period? Why have I been waiting for approval for an exchange for 4-5 days already? What are they considering? Why does this process take so long? Don't they understand the difficult situation we are in? LG headquarters, I will never buy LG products again, and I will warn everyone around me not to buy them either. Also, when I call LG support, they tell me that not only a replacement report but also a refund report can be provided for the refrigerator. I registered the refrigerator as a wedding gift in May and started using it in September. Its current value is 30,000 ₺. If the decision is not about replacement but about a refund, I inform you that I will pursue my rights through all possible legal means. You cannot charge me 12,000 ₺ without finding any mistakes on my part. Moreover, 3-4 weeks without a refrigerator is even more problematic. I have been using products from other brands for many years, and I have never had such problems.

My product was replaced. However, I was left without a wardrobe for 3 to 4 weeks for no reason.
