I purchased an LG QNED65756RA TV, a 2023 model, on March 4, 2024. Ever since I bought it, I've been dealing with freezing issues. I think there might be a problem with the operating system. I need to point out that the 21-day replacement period is not being respected. I've collected data suggesting consistent problems with this model overall. LG's brand, which includes services such as replacement, technical support, and installation, falls short in professionalism and problem-solving abilities.
