I have an LG TV (model 42 LF650V-ZB) running software version 04.06.75, and while I can connect to the internet, I cannot watch movies. Every time I try to play a movie, an error code appears. In 2024, everything worked perfectly, but now, in 2025, the issue has started, making the experience frustrating and disappointing.

Although YouTube works fine, and I can access movie and TV show websites, the movies simply won’t play. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps but to no avail. I am reaching out to LG customer service to urgently address this issue. Please provide a solution to fix the streaming issue on this model. I look forward to your assistance.
