LG OLED TV Screen Burn-In Issue—Repair Cost Is Unreasonably High

I purchased an LG OLED TV, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality. However, after regular use, I noticed that every channel I watched left a permanent image on the screen. Now, the entire screen has burn-in issues, and the colors look terrible.

When I contacted LG for repair, I was shocked to be quoted a repair cost five times the price of the TV itself. This is completely unreasonable! A brand like LG should take responsibility for such a major flaw, especially when OLED burn-in is a well-known issue.

LG, I expect a fair solution! Repairs should be offered at a reasonable price, not at an amount that forces customers to buy a new TV.
