LG Dryer Plastic Filter Deformed in 6 Months


About six months ago, we purchased an LG dryer. The plastic filter on the door has deformed, and after sharing images with customer service, we were told it was user error. It seems like we shouldn't use the dryer at all to avoid this issue, given the absurd questions we received: "What did you put in the dryer? Clothes? Bedding?"
Apparently, using the dryer for its intended purpose is problematic. If there are items that shouldn't be dried, a list should have been provided, or it should have been stated that the dryer is limited in use. We paid ₺35,000 for this dryer and now the service is asking for an additional ₺1,500 to replace the part. This experience with LG, a brand we trusted for its reliability and quality, has been highly disappointing.
If the defective part is not replaced for free, I will request a refund while the warranty is still valid. Paying ₺1,500 every six months for a part is unfair. I demand a prompt resolution and a free replacement of the faulty part with a higher quality one. I have attached images of the part and the dryer model for reference.
