LG company does not replace my defective product which has warranty. The balance stone of my washer-dryer, which I bought 7 months ago is broken, the boiler is broken and the authorized service says that he can replace the part. It has been working with excessive noise for more than 2 months. Since the problem I am experiencing is not a problem that can occur in a day, it does not make sense to say that "it has been more than 6 months so we can't replace your product we can only fix it with new parts"! When the most important parts of the washing machine are broken and they are factory defect, it does not suit a company like LG not to replace the guaranteed product.
