In 2021, I purchased two air conditioners from LG. Since my home has a central system, I was entitled to 4 meters of installation pipes. However, the authorized service did not provide these pipes, and LG Türkiye gave me the same unsatisfactory response.
I explained that they were not responsible for installing the central system in my home, as it was already in place when I purchased the property. I had also paid for the installation pipes during the purchase, so I was simply requesting what I was entitled to.
I also asked the service technician what would happen if I moved in the future. Their response was simply, "There's nothing we can do."
2.5 years have passed, and I have moved due to my wife's job transfer. The new house does not have a central system, leaving the air conditioners without the necessary installation pipes. When I contacted LG again, they informed me that I would need to purchase the pipes at my own expense.
This is unacceptable! I already paid for the pipes when I purchased the air conditioners, but they were never provided to me. I am requesting that LG rectify this situation by providing me with the 4 meters of installation pipes I am entitled to for each air conditioner, for a total of 8 meters.
