On May 24, 2024, an LG service expert came to my residence to complete the technical installation of my air conditioner. Unfortunately, the technician failed to complete the installation correctly. I immediately contacted Data Teknik Service, the business responsible for the installation, to alert them of the situation and beg their aid in resolving it.
To my disappointment, the Data Teknik Service secretary and authorized officials present at the moment sought money from me. I indicated that the poor installation was solely the responsibility of their service guy, yet they insisted on billing me. They estimated a cost of ₺2,000 and asked for half of it.
In light of this, I urge that LG send a trained inspector to my home to evaluate the quality of the air conditioner installation. In 2023, I bought the same air conditioner model, and the installation expert did a wonderful job, leaving me very pleased. I expected the same degree of professionalism from Data Teknik Service, but their actions have left me disappointed with both LG and the service provider.
I am requesting your assistance in settling this situation. If you fail to provide a satisfactory solution, I will be forced to take legal action. This situation has caused me tremendous distress, and I hope you would take immediate action to resolve it.
