My LG CordZero A9 Shuts Off After 2 Hours of Use and I’ve Waited 25 Days for Repair

I purchased an LG CordZero A9 stick vacuum just 2 months ago, and after using it for a total of only 2 hours, it started shutting off by itself. I immediately contacted service, but—unsurprisingly—the technician blamed user error, claiming the upper filter wasn’t cleaned properly, which supposedly caused the malfunction.

But how does a filter get clogged that quickly? I didn’t vacuum construction dust—just regular household dirt. Still, the technician ordered a replacement filter, and it’s now been 25 days with no update and no vacuum in my hands.

Worse yet, I’ve had to chase down every update myself. The technician won’t call. First, he said the filter hadn’t arrived, then added that they were also now waiting on a pump, “just in case.” I called customer service twice and sent two emails—but I’ve received no response. They all say “We’ll check and get back to you,” but no one ever does.
