I purchased a Levi's 512 model jeans, size W31 L30, on July 18, 2026, from the Sevimli Store located inside the Rize Şimal Shopping Mall, paying $135. I wore the pants only once and washed them on July 21, 2026, at 30°C in according with the care instructions. During this first wash, the color of the pants faded significantly, even staining the internal tags blue, while bleeding all over the other clothes washed alongside them.

Following this incident, I brought the product back to the store and requested a return or exchange. The store retained the pants, but they did not contact me for about 10–15 days. When I visited in person to inquire, they told me the pants had arrived that very day and that there was no manufacturing defect, claiming that this specific model is a "dye-bleeding product." The sales representative even tried to normalize this by mentioning that he uses the same product and that his white shoes turned blue. Despite my explicit emphasis that it is unacceptable for a pair of jeans costing $135 to bleed this much dye on its first wash, I was sent away with the pants handed back to me without any offered solution.

Additionally, I would like to note that there is a notice at the store entrance stating their products are sourced from Trendyol, whereas I purchased these pants directly from the store on July 18, 2026, with an official receipt. I possess the transaction slip, photos of the store, and images showing the stained internal tags. Due to this discrepancy, I have begun to suspect the possibility of counterfeit product sales.

I demand either a full return of these pants or an exchange for a defect-free item. If Levi's genuinely produces items that bleed dye so intensely, I expect a explicit warning label on the product stating that it will bleed on the first wash. I request that my hardship be resolved and that the issue be thoroughly reviewed by both the Levi's brand and the relevant distributor/manufacturer to provide me with a clear solution.
