I purchased a Levi’s cotton trouser approximately 7–8 months ago from the Levi’s store in Balıkesir Avlu AVM. After about 3–4 months of use, despite using and washing the product in accordance with the instructions and under normal daily conditions, the trouser suddenly tore and became unusable. I consider this situation to be a quality problem that is not compatible with the Levi’s brand and the price level of the product. Following the tear, I contacted the store where I bought the trouser. However, I was told that more than 6 months had passed since the date of purchase and therefore no action could be taken. I find it unacceptable that a product that tears in such a short period of normal use is simply rejected based on the time elapsed, without any technical inspection or evaluation of the defect. I request that this trouser be examined and, as a result, that the product be replaced with a new one or that a refund be issued. I kindly ask you to review my complaint, take into account that the tear occurred under normal use, and provide a solution-oriented response as soon as possible.
