LensDirect Subscription Has Missing Discounts, No Free Glasses
I joined your subscription programme because it sounded great: 20% off the first order, 10% off all future orders, free glasses after the first renewal, and so on. There was no sign of the discount you mentiones, on my first order, even though I did everything right. Customer service just told me that it would work the next time, that coupon is still missing after more than a month. I'm not really feeling the VIP treatment. When I called the number, I got stuck on hold for a long time and then was sent to the regular line. Not quite the extra attention I was promised, the benefits that were promised don't seem to be happening. What I really want is for you to fix these problems and keep your promises to your customers. I don't like how this whole thing tastes.
