I ordered a year's supply of those 1 Day Acuvue Define contacts ( the ones with the discount code CONTACTSNEW20?), you sent the wrong lenses for my right eye! Huge difference between -2.00 and -1.50, let me tell you. My vision was blurry and my eye felt awful. even though I signed up for subscribe and save, the order took forever to arrive. Like, two whole weeks late! practically ran out of contacts before the new ones showed up. Super inconvenient. Long waits, unhelpful answers, the whole deal. It took me ages to even get someone to listen, and even then, fixing the mess was a slow process. You guys messed up the lenses, took forever to ship, and getting help is a big no, here's what I need: new lenses for my right eye with the correct prescription, obviously…some kind of compensation, fix your customer service. Faster response times and helpful reps would be a good start.
