Bad Service and Unethical Repair Policies at Lenovo
Three months after purchasing my Lenovo computer, a small amount of buttermilk was spilled on it, causing damage. I contacted Lenovo's service line, and they provided me with an Aras cargo code number to send it directly to them. I delivered the computer, along with the box invoice, but it took two months for them to contact me. They informed me that the video card was burned and demanded 3600 TL for repairs. I was not satisfied with this and objected to the cost, but they still demanded 1200 TL. After further objections, they finally offered to repair it for 600 TL. They even had the audacity to call my actions shameful. I reached out to Lenovo's General Directorate for help, but they closed the case, claiming that I was already in contact with a manager. It is clear that Lenovo's service center needs to be better regulated and monitored. The fact that they calculated what I could pay and demanded unreasonable fees, including an additional 500 TL for shipping, is unacceptable. Their repair policy irritates me. I will never again recommend Lenovo.
