Lenovo XT62 TVC – Scratches On A Brand New Product

I purchased the Lenovo XT62 TVC earbuds, and when I opened the sealed, brand-new box, I immediately noticed numerous scratches on the surface of the earbuds, particularly on the cover. Since the product was untouched and unopened, this kind of damage clearly indicates a manufacturing defect or a failure in quality control. What makes it worse is that there was no protective film or inner packaging to prevent such damage during production or shipping. Receiving a flawed item from a brand like Lenovo, which I had expected to uphold higher standards, was deeply discouraging. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in the brand. Unless Lenovo takes real steps to improve its inspection processes and overall customer care, I would not recommend this product to others.
