Lenovo Ideapad 5 15ITL05 Faulty Panel and Excessive Warranty Charge

I bought my Lenovo Ideapad 5 15ITL05 laptop in December 2022. In July 2023, the adhesive on the bottom right panel came loose, causing it to completely separate from the rest of the laptop. Even though I never dropped, hit, or carelessly handled the laptop and used it with the utmost care, I was told that I would have to pay for the repair because it was my fault. All I did was open and close the screen of my laptop like any other user, without bending or using too much force. This can't be right, and I'll file complaints wherever I need to. On this platform, I've seen multiple complaints from Lenovo laptop users about the same problem with the screen coming off. If a lot of people are having the same problem without doing anything strange, it might not be a user error after all. Please help me figure out how to solve this problem.
