Lenovo BIOS Update Causing Blue Screen Errors
Recently, I noticed there was a BIOS update available, so I went ahead and updated it. However, after the update, I started experiencing blue screen errors 4-5 times. I contacted Lenovo customer service, and they made two adjustments in the BIOS settings, assuring me that the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. I called again, and this time, they advised me to perform a system format. I went ahead with the format as instructed, but the issue persists. Please, I need assistance from someone experienced in resolving this issue. Thank you, Lenovo.
