My twin and I bought the same jacket from Lefties Ankara Metromall, paying ₺4600 for both. The size labels were sewn inside the pockets, so we couldn’t see them, and all the price tags on the jackets said “S” (Small). Trusting that, we cut the tags—only to later realize that one jacket was much larger than the other.
When we went back to the store, they told us to return them for an exchange or refund. We paid nearly ₺1000 to ship them back, but then they suddenly refused to accept the return! Now, we’re stuck with jackets we can’t use and lost ₺4600 for nothing.
To make matters worse, the store had no staff available to help customers, making the whole experience even more frustrating. Lefties needs to honor their word and process this return!
