Please Unlock My Game ID

I am a user of BDG Game and today, right after making a deposit into my account, my BDG Game ID was suddenly locked. When I try to log in, the screen shows the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked” and I can no longer access my account. I do not know the reason for this lock and I was using my account only for normal gaming. Since the lock happened right after depositing money, I am very worried about the balance in my account and about losing access to my game progress. I kindly request that my BDG Game ID be urgently checked and that my game ID be unlocked as soon as possible so that my access can be restore. If there is any issue that needs clarification, I ask you to inform me clearly and help me secure and recover my account
