Lefties Ignored My Refund Request for Canceled and Delayed Online Order
On October 8, I placed an order through the Lefties mobile app (Order No: 90056183023). One of the items in my order was canceled due to insufficient stock, and I was only notified by email. However, even after several days, the refund for the canceled item has not been credited to my credit card.
The remaining items in my order stayed in the “processing” stage for a long time, and since I wanted to use them before the season ended, I decided to cancel those as well. Unfortunately, no refund has been issued for these canceled items either.
The total amount of my order was $180, and I request that the entire amount be refunded to my credit card immediately. I have tried to contact Lefties customer service, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my refund be completed without further delay.
