I Received an Incomplete Refund from Lefties and Can’t Reach Customer Support

I returned an item to Lefties, expecting a full refund of the original amount I paid. However, when the refund was processed, only part of the amount was returned to my account. I immediately sent multiple emails to customer support to ask why the full amount wasn’t refunded, but I’ve received no response whatsoever.

There’s also no customer service phone number available, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I don’t understand why the company wouldn’t refund the exact amount they charged me. Every other retailer I’ve dealt with always refunds the full price upon return—why is Lefties different?

I’m extremely disappointed with this level of service. It feels like they’re deliberately withholding part of my money, and I shouldn’t have to fight to get back what is rightfully mine. Lefties, I demand you issue the remaining balance of my refund immediately and improve your support channels.
