Lee Jeans Not Delivered Despite Shipment Notification, Rude Customer Service Response

On 31.08.2024, I purchased two Lee brand products. On 03.10.2024, I received a notification from USP Kargo stating that my package was out for delivery. However, after three days, I still hadn’t received my order. I contacted Lee customer service on 05.10.2024, only to be met with rude and harsh behavior from the representative. Hoping for a better experience, I called again the next day, but the second representative also responded in an unprofessional and aggressive manner. It’s clear that their staff lacks proper training. Due to this poor experience, I will never purchase from Lee again. I expect Lee to address this and improve their customer service quality.
