The helmet I ordered on May 1st arrived on May 5th. Just as you suggested, I slipped it on inside while wearing the protective visor, somehow it wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped, so I sent it back. Returned it to its packaging immediately after wearing it indoors on the carpet rather disappointed, I received notification that my return to your location on May 10th had been rejected. I must express my utter disagreement with their assessment that the helmet appeared worn, because I am extremely careful with my belongings, I took great care to adhere to your return policy so that they would remain "brand new." There are no unpleasant odours, no hair, and nothing similar. It seems strange that they turned it down without giving it a thorough examination. to tell you the truth, I'm not very fond of this entire situation. I've been a satisfied customer of Leather Up's for quite some time, and I must say that your products and service are second to none. However, this situation certainly dampens the spirits.
