LCW Store Refused My Online Order Return

On 21 June 2026 at around 20:50, I went to the LCW store in Başiskele district of Kocaeli to return LCW branded products that I had purchased through LCW’s own website. The store not only refused to take back the products, but also told me, “You can complain wherever you want, we are a franchise,” which I found extremely disturbing and disrespectful. However, in the return conditions published on LCW’s own website, there is no explicit distinction or limitation regarding franchise stores. As a customer, it is not possible for me to understand from the outside whether a store is a franchise or not, and I did not see any informative statement about this issue inside or outside the store either. In addition, I found the attitude of the staff, especially the store manager, extremely disrespectful and disturbing during this process. Instead of trying to explain the situation in a solution‑oriented and polite manner, they adopted a dismissive approach that made me feel ignored as a customer. Due to this negative experience, I am filing a complaint both about the relevant store staff and managers and about LCW, which causes this inconsistent practice. I request that the distinction regarding franchise stores be clearly and transparently communicated to customers and that the attitude of the staff in the store be duly examined and that I be informed of the result. As customers, we go to the brand name LCW on the sign, not to the name of the franchise owner.
