LCW Sent Missing Item Order, Does Not Refund the Payment
On March 24, 2025, I placed an order on lcw.com for the holiday, and it was delivered within two days. The package was wrapped with tape from Hepsijet, the shipping company LCW works with, and arrived that way. My son opened the package. The coat I ordered was inside, but the pants I also ordered were missing. I paid ₺961 in cash at the door. I immediately called customer service and reported that the pants were missing. They said a record was created and someone would contact me. I threw away the package afterward. Two days later, I received an email saying the shipment was complete. How am I supposed to prove that the pants weren’t in the package? I fasted for a whole month—do you think I would steal a pair of pants? If you packed everything properly, then blame the shipping company—why was the package so heavily taped? You can’t just leave me stuck like this. We’ve already been humiliated just two days before the holiday.
