LCW Order Not Shipped Despite Multiple Customer Service Contacts
On February 26, 2026, I placed an order on LC Waikiki (LCW) with the order number 2602260400348. The order includes a children’s outfit set, a jacket, a T-shirt, and coffee cup presentation napkins. However, more than five business days have passed, and my items still have not been shipped.
When I contacted customer service about this issue, I was told that the relevant teams would handle it. Despite this assurance, several more days have passed without any update or notification. My order status has not been updated, and no explanation has been provided for the delay.
I request that my order be shipped immediately without further delay, and that the status of my order and the reason for the delay be clearly communicated to me.
