If I had placed an order, it would have reached me within this process anyway. If you promise people that you will deliver fast and you cannot do it, this is misleading the consumer. When I reached LCW customer service, they could not provide clear information and said that it would reach me in a short time, I thought that they were not customer-oriented and that they had made an agreement with a ridiculous cargo company only for cheap labor and cost reduction.
