LCW Did Not Deliver My Fast Shipping Order as Promised
On 17.05.25, I placed an order through LCW online with the fast shipping option by paying the difference for next day delivery. If I had placed an order, it would have reached me within this process anyway. If you promise people that you will deliver fast and you cannot do it, this is misleading the consumer. I place an order because it will reach me on the date specified there. There is no courier information on Kargoist, the numbers in the branch section are not open either, there is no access at all. When I reached LCW customer service, they could not provide clear information and said that it would reach me in a short time, I thought that they were not customer-oriented and that they had made an agreement with a ridiculous cargo company only for cheap labor and cost reduction. When I requested a cancellation, I was informed that I would be called. If the product did not reach me and the cargo company did not deliver the product to me or the company, do I have to wait at the mercy of the cargo company and refund my fee?
