LCW Sent Me Baby Booties Instead of School Uniform and Clothes

LCW sent me baby booties instead of the products I ordered. On 05/09/2025, I placed an order through the LCW website for 2 t-shirts as part of my son’s school uniform, as well as a dress, a beach dress, and socks for myself, paying a total of around ₺1700. However, the package only contained baby booties, and none of my other items were included. The package was intact, with no signs of damage or missing products. When I contacted the courier company Kargoist, they refused to take it back since the barcode had my name on it. I immediately called LCW customer service, and a case was opened. The next day, when I followed up, I was told the investigation was ongoing and marked as urgent. Three days later, I called again but was given the same response, with no solution or proposal provided so far. My order number is 2509021201853, and I have both the invoice and payment receipt. Since my son does not have his school uniform, he has been forced to attend school wearing a short-sleeved t-shirt and a jacket for the past two days. I request that either my exact items be sent to me or my payment refunded. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.
My cargo was lost, the investigation is complete; my money was refunded and the voucher I used was returned. However, all the products I bought are now out of stock. I was expecting the same products to be sent immediately, but now I have to search for school uniforms again, which means more work for me.
