LCW Delayed My Refund for Incorrect Products After 10 Days of Waiting and Reviews
LCW sent the wrong product. I contacted customer service and showed the incorrect items via video call. They asked me to wait for a review process. Four days passed, and no one contacted me. I marked the items as incorrect through the app and sent them back to LCW via courier. After delivery, they said the refund would be processed within 48 hours. However, it has now been three sets of 48 hours, and I still have not received my refund. The status still shows as under review. During this 9-10 day period, I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they keep repeating the same responses and wasting my time. I am waiting for someone in charge to contact me, and I urgently expect my refund. This is not about the money; it is about trust and sensitivity.
