Bershka Charged Me for Same Day Delivery but Failed to Deliver and Provide Updates

Hello. I placed an order on the 'Bershka' website at around 06:00 on September 27, 24, accepting to pay an additional fee for the same day delivery option until 23:00. The distribution company 'Kargoist', which cooperates with Bershka, did not share the address tracking information for the delivery with me, did not provide me with information about the delivery of the products; as if none of these were enough, they did not call me to provide information about the products not being delivered. In fact, the products were not delivered to me on the same day as guaranteed by 'Bershka'. Based on this case, we need to ask these questions: 1. Why did Bershka put the same day delivery option on its website? 2. Why did Bershka approve the same day delivery option despite all the information being clear; if it did not have the capacity to complete the transaction? 3. What price should Bershka pay for its own prestige and the victimized users as a result of receiving the same day delivery payment but failing to do so? 4. Should Bershka continue to work with the company called 'Kargoist' after this failure and victimization? 5. How many customers did Bershka lose after this irresponsibility and victimization? Result: I would not have expected this irresponsibility, deception and amateurism in not sharing information from Bershka and Kargoist companies. In my opinion, your service capacity has decreased and I am thinking of doing what is necessary to spread this failure everywhere by becoming a writer and sharing information on every platform I share information, and to reduce your credibility due to this incident. I hope this amateurism was not done to me or other customers (I don't think so). If it was done, I hope these customers are boycotting 'Kargoist' companies. I hope you put the blame on yourself and the blame on someone else.
