I am unable to withdraw my funds from LBank due to their Google Authenticator requirement, which prevents me from accessing my money. This system does not work properly, and I have been completely locked out of my own funds. Despite multiple attempts, I cannot complete the withdrawal process, and there is no option to bypass or fix the issue.
Adding to the frustration, LBank has zero customer support. There is no live chat, no direct contact, and no actual representatives available to assist. You are left completely alone with your problem, and there is no way to get help.
I regret ever depositing money into LBank, and I will never invest here again. If my withdrawal issue is not resolved immediately, I will take legal action. I strongly warn others to stay away from LBank if they value access to their own funds.
